Language-support files

Supervisor 9 can be configured to display its various controls and tooltips using other languages. Alternate languages can be selected from the Program Options dialog, on the Comm Ports page.

Adding support for a new language in the program is trivial, though time-consuming. In the Svr9 directory, there is an Excel spreadsheet called english.ref.xls. To generate a language file, copy english.ref.xls to some other filename such as new.language.xls, then edit the spreadsheet with comments in the new language.

Once the new language spreadsheet is completed, send a copy to Anacom and we will generate the new language file and return it to you. Copy the resulting language file to the Svr9 directory, restart the program, and your new language will be available in the Languages list!
